About Me
My own fertility journey is the foundation of my coaching practice. After years of trying, experiencing losses, and navigating countless procedures, I carried my son to term through donor embryos at age 47. The road was long, unpredictable, and at times deeply isolating. Along the way, I discovered the profound value of resilience, patience, and compassionate support. Those lessons inspired me to become a fertility coach so that others don’t have to walk this path alone.
Because of what I experienced, I am able to meet my clients with true empathy and understanding. I know what it feels like to wait through uncertain cycles, to balance hope with grief, and to search for strength when the outcome feels out of your hands. As a coach, I offer a safe and supportive space where women can process emotions, explore options, and find strategies to feel more grounded and empowered. I draw on my training as a certified Health Coach, Reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher, as well as my background in psychology, to create a holistic approach that blends emotional support, stress management, and practical tools.
Outside of my work, I treasure time with my husband, our son, and our dog. We love being outdoors together, whether walking in the woods or enjoying the beach near our home in Tacoma, Washington. I also enjoy thrift shopping, wine tasting, cooking, and gathering with friends and family. Travel has been another lifelong passion — I spent a decade working on cruise ships, backpacking, and exploring the world. I also lived in Senegal for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer and have visited over 100 countries. These experiences expanded my worldview, deepened my gratitude, and reinforced my belief in the strength of community, all of which influence the way I support my clients today.
