My Fertility Story

My fertility journey began around age 40. After trying on our own, we explored IUI, donor sperm, and donor embryos. Working with a local agency led to two unsuccessful embryo transfers. Then, through an incredible act of generosity, friends offered us their three remaining embryos.

The first transfer didn’t take. The second gave us hope but ended in a silent miscarriage at 13 weeks. It was devastating. With the third transfer, I finally carried a healthy pregnancy to term. At 47, we welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our family.

I am deeply grateful for the doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, Reiki healers, therapists, and other practitioners who supported me along the way. Most of all, I treasure the friends who shared their embryos — a gift beyond measure. Today, our son and their daughter share a special bond that we nurture with love and care.

Why I Became a Fertility Coach

My path to motherhood showed me how many forms family creation can take and how difficult the road can be. I faced fibroid surgery, countless tests, rest cycles, and long delays in the donor embryo process. At times, I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and caught between grief and hope.

During my own journey, the love and support of my partner, family, close friends, and therapist helped me keep moving forward. Still, I often longed for someone who truly understood the ups and downs of fertility and could walk beside me through it all. When I eventually discovered fertility coaching, something inside me lit up, and I instantly knew it was my calling. Today, I feel honored to offer others the kind of steady, compassionate support I once wished for, helping them feel grounded, encouraged, and hopeful as they move toward the family they dream of.
